PARKSON GROUP<03368> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Parkson Retail Group Limited (the "Company"), trading
in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(16/11/2006) pending the release of an announcement in relation to a 
discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules which is 
price sensitive in nature.
