Discontinued all business venture with Shenyang Extra Supermarket Co., Ltd.

Parkson Group wishes to announce that it had on 27 December 2007 discontinued all business venture with Shenyang Extra Supermarket Co., Ltd. In this respect, commencing from 28 December 2009, Shenyang Extra Supermarket Co., Ltd. is no longer be a managed store of Parkson Group and Parkson Group shall not be responsible or hold any liability whatsoever for all or any act, contract, deed undertaking and operation entered into or given or undertaken by Shenyang Extra Supermarket Co., Ltd. Parkson Group has been informed that Shenyang Extra Supermarket has changed its official name to Shenyang Teyi Supermarket Co., Ltd.
